This policy applies to informational content published on this website. Product pricing, stock and manufacturer specifications are managed through our ecommerce systems and supplier data.
Content workflow
- Topics are selected based on customer needs and clarity gaps.
- Drafts are prepared using internal knowledge and trusted source material.
- Content is checked for factual consistency, clear language and alignment with UK consumer expectations.
- Final copy is approved by the Pet Necessity content team before publication.
Review and updates
We review key informational pages periodically and update them when legal, operational or supplier information changes. Material updates are reflected by revising the page content and update date where applicable.
Corrections policy
If we identify an inaccuracy, we aim to correct it as quickly as reasonably possible. If a correction is substantial, we update the affected page text promptly and keep policy/version dates current.
