12.4 If contracting as a consumer, liability is limited to three times the purchase price of goods purchased.
12.5 Nothing excludes or restricts liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, section 2(3) Consumer Protection Act 1987, fraud/fraudulent misrepresentation, or any illegal exclusion.
13. Written communications

15. Events outside our control

If you believe your video has been uploaded without permission in a way that infringes rights, contact Pet Necessity with required identifying and ownership details, as outlined in your provided terms.
22. Limitations of liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. Subject to law, Pet Necessity is not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the site.
